About this role

DevOps Engineer responsible for automating, monitoring, and maintaining deployment pipelines and infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of applications in a cloud environment. They collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD workflows and implement best practices for continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
  • Provision and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP using IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize resource utilization with Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
  • Ensure security compliance by applying patch management, secrets management, and vulnerability scanning practices.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA to automate testing, deployment, and rollback processes.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new DevOps tools and practices to improve reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps or systems engineering roles.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go for automation tasks.
  • Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi) and configuration management (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).
  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions, and a solid understanding of CI/CD best practices.
